6:00pm - 6:45pm Meet and enjoy a refreshment (we serve coffee & tea,water other beverages are up to you to bring)
7:00pm - 8:00pm Dinner (Menu: Grilled Vegetable & Chicken Kabobs, Rice, Spinach/strawberry salad, Baguettes with Spicy Oil and Balsamic Dip, Homemade pie)
8:00pm - 9:00pm Evening Circle
9:00pm - Personal Time
Saturday:
7:00am - 7:45am Sunrise Yoga
8:00am Personal Time

11:00am Nature Walk-along the Nipigon/Red Rock Trail
